Accelerated Trauma Recovery Program
Focused treatment for trauma, anxiety, childhood emotional wounds, and persistent negative patterns.
When weekly therapy feels too slow, focused treatment may help you move forward. Our Accelerated Trauma Recovery Program provides a structured, individualized treatment experience designed to help clients make meaningful progress through concentrated assessment, preparation, processing, and integration.

You Understand Why You Struggle. But You’re Still Stuck.
You may know where your anxiety comes from. You may understand how past experiences have shaped your life. Yet despite insight, many people find themselves repeating the same patterns, reacting in the same ways, and feeling trapped by the same fears.
Traditional therapy can be incredibly effective. However, meaningful progress sometimes feels slow when treatment is limited to one hour per week.
The Accelerated Trauma Recovery Program was created for individuals seeking a more focused and intentional path toward healing.
You May Be a Good Fit If…
You feel stuck despite months or years of therapy.
Past experiences continue to affect how you see yourself, others, or the world.
You find yourself reacting more strongly than a situation seems to warrant.
You want more focused treatment over traditional weekly sessions.
You are ready to invest time and energy into your healing.
You feel trapped in patterns that no longer serve you, but struggle to change them.

What Makes This Program Different?
Assessment Before Action
We do not begin trauma processing until readiness has been established.
Evidence-Based Care
Treatment may include EMDR, attachment-focused interventions, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based strategies.
Individualized Treatment
No two treatment plans are identical. We work with you to identify the unique needs of your accelerated treatment plan.
Follow-Up Support
Progress does not end when the intensive concludes. We offer follow up assistance and support for program participants.
