Joshua (Josh) has been working with clients for over 15 years. His experience includes work within both non-profit and for-profit organizations as he has helped couples and individuals realize their potential and live their best life. Josh works with various organizations, companies, and churches throughout the United States and Canada to provide training, present seminars, and bring awareness to mental health issues.

While Josh sees clients facing a variety of needs, he focuses on Anxiety, Stress, Couples, and Christian Counseling (for those who desire this integration). Some techniques used include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Hope-Focused, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, volunteering, playing golf, and maintaining his pilot license. Josh and his family love to be active in their local church as well as in the community.
