Insurance Note

We can still provide services for unlisted insurance plans and you can submit for potential reimbursement through your OON benefits.
Every plan is different and it is always best to reach out to your insurance company to ensure services are covered and to have an understanding of your deductible and co-pay. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage, only your provider can do that.

Insurance coverage does vary depending upon the provider for In-Network coverage.

Your insurance DOES NOT cover late cancellation or no-show fees. That is the client’s responsibility.

Verify Your Coverage

We will be listed on your insurance plan under our parent company as Freeman Counseling Solutions PLLC.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
