Holly Steverson – Resident in Counseling

Build confidence and connection through strengths-based counseling in the Midlothian & Richmond areas.

Ever feel like you’re losing touch with who you are or struggling to move forward? I’m Holly Steverson, a licensed resident in counseling based in Richmond, VA. I help adults reconnect with their identity, strengthen their self-worth, and navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, guiding clients to elevate their self-esteem and motivation, manage anxiety and depression, build emotional resilience, navigate relationship and life changes, and foster personal and professional growth. In addition to individual counseling, I specialize in marriage and family therapy, helping couples and families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and resolve conflict in healthy, lasting ways.
In therapy, we’ll uncover the tools already within you and build a path toward meaningful change. I offer in-person sessions in Midlothian and online therapy throughout the Richmond area and Virginia.
Let’s work together to rediscover your sense of purpose and move toward a more empowered life.
