Take back your life and relationships.

Get Unstuck
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your relationships or daily life, you’re not alone. Many people struggle to find clarity, purpose, or peace in the midst of life’s challenges. I recognize the strength it takes to reach out for help—and I’m here to help you reclaim your health, restore balance in your life, and rebuild the relationships that matter most to you.
For many years, I’ve helped individuals and couples work through anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges so they can take back control of their lives.
My Approach
I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. While i primarily use EMDR, I also integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, Hope-Focused, and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches depending on what best supports your goals. Each session is grounded in respect for your story and your strengths, helping you make sense of what’s going on and take meaningful steps toward change.
Take The Next Step
Often, part of healing is just doing the next right thing and putting one foot in front of the other as you wade through the process. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I invite you to call or book your first session online today.
