Sarah Cordova
Therapist | Resident In Counseling
Hi! I'm Sarah!
With several years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, mood disorders, and more. I’ve worked with a variety of mental health organizations, and I’m deeply committed to helping individuals overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential.
My main areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and couples therapy. I use a mix of techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and specialized approaches for couples. My goal is always to provide the right support for you, tailored to your unique needs and journey.
Outside of work, I prioritize self-care by mountain biking with my family and exploring nature, which helps me stay grounded. I enjoy reading for fun (I try to read at least one book a month) and love seeking out new experiences to keep life interesting.
I became a therapist because there's nothing more fulfilling than creating a safe space for others to reflect on who they are and who they want to be. I’m here to meet you where you are, offering support and guidance as you work toward your goals and navigate life’s challenges. If I can be of help, I invite you to schedule a session with me.
