Supportive Mental Health Therapy for All Walks of Life in Midlothian & Richmond

I’m Ariel, a dedicated Counselor passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I’m committed to providing empathetic, evidence-based care to clients in Midlothian and throughout the Greater Richmond area.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase in life, managing daily stress, or working through communication challenges with a partner, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each client’s goals. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and integrative techniques to help you uncover strengths, process emotions, and develop effective coping skills. Each session may include talk therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and hands-on activities to meet your unique needs.
I recognize that every client brings a different story, shaped by personal values, experiences, and cultural background. I approach each session with an open heart, deep respect, and a commitment to helping you feel seen and heard. It’s an honor to walk beside you in your journey toward personal growth and emotional wellness.
If you’re seeking a warm, relatable therapist who values your story and prioritizes your goals, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing.
