Life can feel heavy at times, full of pressures, emotions, and questions that are difficult to carry on your own. Whether you’re experiencing persistent anxiety, overwhelming sadness, relational conflict, or grief, I offer a safe, empathetic space where healing and progress are possible.

I believe everyone has the potential to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.
