Individual Therapy
If you seek a personalized approach to your growth and well-being, our therapists are here to help. We collaborate with you to develop a tailored care plan for your unique needs, whether you're facing challenges or aiming for positive change.
Couples Thearpy
Our therapists provide couples with a safe, private, objective, and non-judgmental space to strengthen your relationships and work through issues. We help you connect and find tools to work through various challenges you face.
Group Therapy
If you need additional support between counseling sessions or prefer a group setting, join our professionally facilitated group therapy. You'll find a warm, supportive community focused on growth and connection.
Clinical Supervision
Whether you are a recent graduate or close to completing your hours, we've got you covered. We have Virginia Board Approved Supervisors who can assist you in your Residency.
Consultation
We offer consultation to Pastors, Church Leaders, and Corporate Leadership to help better understand the mental health needs of those they lead. We also offer ways to assist you in maximizing leadership potential.
Trainings & Workshops
We offer community trainings, retreats, and workshops throughout the year. We desire to partner with schools, community organizations and congregations to offer opportunities to grow, heal and thrive.
Counsel RVA is not trained in and does not provide FMLA evaluation or requests, workman comp requests, fitness for duty requests, or evaluations for emotional support animals and service animals.
