 Kendall is a Resident in Counseling who loves working with couples navigating difficulties in their relationship (conflict, communication, closeness, parenting, infidelity, etc). Kendall also enjoys working with individual struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, and mood disorders, and more.

With a passion for helping others, Kendall has spent over a decade in the clinical arena through research and now counseling.

Some of Kendalls favorite techniques used in therapy include REBT, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Focused, Solution-Focused, and Person Centered. Kendall believes that each person possesses the capacity for achieving their greatest self and is excited to help her clients find the tools necessary to overcome and thrive in life and relationships.

A Resident in Counseling is a therapist who is currently under the supervision of a Virginia board approved LPC supervisor as they work towards the hours required for full-license status. They have completed all educational and degree requirements.
