I help teen and adult clients overcome their struggles involving stress, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment and anger. I also love to work with couples helping them to navigate conflict, connectedness, communication, parenting, and the many other challenges they face.

Licensed Counselors (LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs) are those who have received a vote of confidence from their state licensing board who have deemed them competent to practice Professional Counseling in their state.

A Resident in Counseling is a therapist who is currently under the supervision of a Virginia board approved LPC supervisor as they work towards the hours required for full-license status. They have completed all educational and degree requirements.
