I work with Teens (13yo and older), Adult Individuals, and Couples who are navigating difficulties in their relationships, struggles with anxiety, feelings of depression, sadness and grief, and those recovering from trauma.

Licensed Counselors (LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs) are those who have received a vote of confidence from their state licensing board who have deemed them competent to practice Professional Counseling in their state.

A Resident in Counseling is a therapist who is currently under the supervision of a Virginia board approved LPC supervisor as they work towards the hours required for full-license status. They have completed all educational and degree requirements.

A Graduate Counselor Intern is a therapist who is currently working towards hours required for their master's degree graduation requirements under the supervision of a licensed Counselor.
