Find Peace, build Confidence and Create Meaningful Change.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a life transition? Do you want to strengthen your relationships, heal emotional wounds, or simply feel more like yourself again? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.
Hi, I’m Grace. I work with individuals, teens, adults, and couples who are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My passion is helping you feel heard, understood, and equipped to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
What You Can Expect
Therapy with me is all about helping you create the life you want, a life filled with greater peace, confidence, and connection. In our work together, you can expect a supportive, welcoming environment where you’ll gain insight, develop practical tools, and start seeing real progress toward your personal goals.
Using a variety of techniques, I integrate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy and others to help you meet your goals. Whether you’re managing chronic anxiety, healing from trauma, dealing with low self-esteem, or working to improve communication in your relationships, I tailor our work together to help you thrive.
I’m passionate about serving the greater Richmond community and providing accessible, high-quality therapy in a city that values personal growth and mental health. If you’re searching for therapy in Richmond, Chesterfield, or other areas around Virginia that’s affirming, collaborative, and deeply personal, you’re found the right place. I’m here to help you feel supported, heard, and hopeful.
