Hello! I’m Grace, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a counselor in training at Counsel RVA, I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals, teens, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or working to strengthen relationships, I’m here to listen, guide, and support you in creating meaningful change.
My Approach
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and heard. That’s why I take a person-centered approach, meeting you exactly where you are, with compassion and understanding. I work collaboratively with you, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share what’s on your mind and begin to work through what you’re facing. My goal is to provide the support, tools, and guidance that empower you to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
While I draw on several therapeutic modalities – including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy – I’m always open to using whatever techniques will best meet your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, or stress, my approach is tailored to fit you.
Who I Work With

A Little About Me
As a practicum student at Counsel RVA, I’m thrilled to be working toward my goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In the meantime, I’m honored to offer counseling services that help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can work through the challenges you're facing and create a path forward that feels right for you.
I believe in the power of therapy to foster growth, healing, and lasting change. If you’re ready to start this journey or have questions, I’d love to hear from you. Together, we can create a plan to address what’s on your mind, build healthy coping skills, and improve your overall well-being.
Let’s connect! If you’re ready to take the next step or just want to learn more, feel free to reach out. I’m here to listen and support you – no matter what you’re going through.
