We are looking to hire a masters level Licensed Counselor (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) who desires to help individuals and couples learn to thrive, not just survive.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States
  • Possesses foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and treatment planning
  • High degree of professionalism and ethics
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Applicant must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified in EMDR is a plus but not required
  • State certified LPC / LMFT Supervisor is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to provide flexible hours to see clients to include some evenings (5p-8p) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administer intake and assessment, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
  • Maintain required client contact and confidentiality
  • Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional licensing board
  • Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
  • Stay current with updated research and best practices
  • Maintain up to date case files within our electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Contribute to company publications as needed
